Youth Day Parade Celebration - Project
Theme - Create Awareness - Take Action
For the past 25 years the City of Roswell has held a "Youth Day Celebration" with a Parade through the city. Youth groups from all parts of the City participate in this annual fall ritual. Once again, Roswell Rotary entered a float in the parade. Under the guidance of this year's Chair, Tom Davis, and with the assistance of the Interact Club from Roswell High School, we shared the Rotary message with thousands of members of our community. This year's theme, "Create Awareness - Take Action" was featured along with the Rotary Motto, "Service Above Self." Children of Rotarians and members of our Interact Club manned the float on our behalf. Understand that you must be under 18 years of age to participate in the parade.
The City of Roswell's 2006 Youth Day Parade was, as usual, another exciting time - especially for the kids! Watch below of the fun that was had - 22 photos.
