Polio Plus Canister Project

our commitment to eradicate Polio from the world

When Rotary International brought forth the new push to complete our commitment to eradicate Polio from the world, our President, Alan Motter, had the idea to place special canisters in our places of business to allow everyone and anyone to donate their loose change to save a child.  The program is brilliant, and is a success from the outset.  Governor Kent reports that he is seeing the canisters all over the state and they are filling up - and not with just change - one he saw contained a check for $300!
