Roswell Rotary Meeting - November 9, 2006

Speaker - Greg Dozier

Today's speaker was Greg Dozier. Greg is the Commissioner of Driver Services for the State of Georgia. They are in charge of license renewal and traffic citations, among other things. Since Greg became Commissioner, programs and methodology has been instituted at some of the offices that has greatly improved customer service. One example is the Cobb office that did have an hour and a half wait just to get to the counter. Now 94% of customers are finished in 30 minutes!
