Bill Roland, Federal Mediator 11th Circuit Court of Appeals

Today's speaker was Bill Roland, Federal Mediator, 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Bill's son is a Roswell Rotarian, John Roland. John introduced his Dad.

Bill was very informative about how the mediation process works and the difference in mediation as opposed to arbitration. In mediation, the parties work it out among themselves. In arbitration, the arbitrator decides the outcome.
