Welcome
Welcome and thank you for visiting our Roswell Rotary (Georgia, USA) club website. Roswell Rotary Rocks!
Congratulations to Roswell Rotary’s 1st District Governor Cheryl Greenway District Governor 6900
Our club of two hundred and fifty five members was founded sixty one years ago by a small group of forward thinking and generous community leaders. Each year has provided community service, charitable donations, assistance to the aged and needy, and unwavering support for the education of our youth. The consistency of the club’s commitment to “Service Above Self” is encapsulated in the District 6900 title “Club of the Decade” for 2000-2010. We utilize our over seventy committees to reach far and near in the areas of Vocational Service, New Generations, Foundation, Polio, Literacy, Veteran Support, Care for the Aged, Cancer, Disabled Youth and many other global and local needs.
This year we will expand our involvement in Interact participation in an unprecedented fashion, as we also focus on the effort to Stop Human Trafficking. Monthly inductions, new member socials, and Rotary Learning Institute session keep our membership vibrant and connected.
As you visit our website you will notice the large number of charitable organization that we sponsor with funds from our highly successful fund raiser. This September will mark the 34th annual Aubrey Greenway Golf Tournament. A full day of golf and an evening of dinner and an auction raises funds that benefit our local community and provides another opportunity for our members to enjoy each other!
Jacque Digieso, President 2012-2013We have also partnered with Coldwell Banker to sponsor our fifth Honor Air trip in October that will transport WWII veterans to their Memorial in Washington DC and give them the honor and recognition they deserve for their sacrifices.
Above all, in everything that we do, We Have Fun! Roswell Rotary is known for their enthusiasm, good humor and warmth.
Jacque Digieso, President 2012-2013
